Job summary

Concentrix in Yogyakarta is seeking a Content Moderator to review user-generated content across multiple platforms. You will enforce guidelines, identify violations, and remove non-compliant material while maintaining accuracy and speed in responses.

The role requires prior moderation experience, a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree, and strong English proficiency (B2). You will work on-site in Yogyakarta, with a 24/7 rotating shift schedule and a focus on teamwork and analytical thinking.

Qualifications

• Experience as content moderator or annotator.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree holder.

• Enforce community guidelines and policies regarding acceptable content, identifying and removing content that violates these standards (e.g., harmful, offensive, or illegal content).
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency while moderating content, ensuring quick and efficient responses.
• Report any issues or trends related to content violations and assist in resolving complex cases.
• Keep accurate records of moderation actions and maintain documentation on handled cases.

Qualifications:

• Good proficiency in English is a must, minimum B2 level.
• Prior work experience as Content Moderator or Annotator.
• Willing to work from office in our office in Yogyakarta.
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree holder
• Awareness of current affairs and events in the respective markets/countries.
• High on teamwork and engagement, mature & has the analytical thinking.
• Wiling to work in rotational 24/7 shifting schedule.
