Job summary

Teleperformance Indonesia in Yogyakarta is seeking a Content Moderator for Social Media who is fluent in English at a minimum B2 level and enjoys detailed review of digital content. You will work onsite at TPID Sleman City Hall and help keep online spaces safe and compliant.

What You’ll Do

• Review and moderate content such as: videos, images, livestreams, comments, posts, and captions.


• Make sure content follows platform guidelines and community standards.


• Label and categorize content correctly based on moderation policies.


• Review user reports and identify content that may be risky, harmful, or inappropriate.


• Escalate sensitive cases when needed.


• Work closely with your team to help maintain a safe online environment.


• Stay updated with moderation policies and platform updates.


• Suggest improvements to moderation processes and tools.

Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any major


• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply


• 0–3 years of experience in Content Moderation, Customer Service, BPO, E-commerce, or similar roles


• English proficiency at B2 level or above (reading, writing, and understanding), tested during the recruitment process


• Detail-oriented and comfortable reviewing large volumes of content


• Good analytical and problem-solving skills


• Able to work in a fast-paced environment


• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM


• Willing to work onsite (WFO) at TPID Sleman City Hall, Yogyakarta


• Open to relocation if currently living outside Yogyakarta


• Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required


• Available to start around July 2026
