Job summary

PT SHARP Electronics Indonesia is seeking a results-driven engineer to execute technical trials, assess component quality, and maintain detailed data on electrical and mechanical parts. You will monitor development progress and design modifications to support new product requirements in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires a D3 in a relevant field, 1 year of engineering experience, fluency in English, proficiency in AutoCAD/SolidWorks, and knowledge of ISO/HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechatronics or related field from a reputable university.
• Hands-on engineering experience in manufacturing or internship.
• Proficient in CAD software and MS Office applications.
• Familiar with HSE standards and ISO Quality Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical trials for new models and evaluate quality and performance of components against specs.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of electrical/mechanical/injection parts meeting standards.
• Monitor and report progress of new product development and component management.
• Design and oversee modifications to machinery to meet new product needs.
• Prepare technical reports on trials, modifications, quality compliance and ISO/HSE.
• Analyze design issues and propose value engineering and cost/quality improvements.
