PT SHARP Electronics Indonesia is seeking a results-driven engineer to execute technical trials, assess component quality, and maintain detailed data on electrical and mechanical parts. You will monitor development progress and design modifications to support new product requirements in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires a D3 in a relevant field, 1 year of engineering experience, fluency in English, proficiency in AutoCAD/SolidWorks, and knowledge of ISO/HSE standards.

Formación

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechatronics or related field from a reputable university.
• Hands-on engineering experience in manufacturing or internship.
• Proficient in CAD software and MS Office applications.
• Familiar with HSE standards and ISO Quality Management Systems.

Execute technical trials for new models and evaluate the quality and performance of electrical, mechanical components and/or injection parts against design specifications

Maintain a comprehensive database of electrical components, mechanical, and/or injection parts, ensuring all components meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements

Regularly monitor and report the progress of new product development and technical component management

Design and oversee modifications to existing machinery and production equipment to accommodate new product requirements and project developments

Prepare technical reports on trial results, equipment modifications, quality compliance, and ISO/HSE compliance

Analyze design-related issues and propose value engineering ideas, including benchmarking, supplier site evaluations, grade-down initiatives, alternative specifications, and other cost or quality improvement opportunities

Minimum Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, and/or Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering from a reputable university.

Minimum 1 year of work experience or internship experience in an Engineering role within the manufacturing environment.

Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Familiar with HSE (Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and ISO Quality Management Systems.

Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrates high integrity, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Proficient in electrical drawing software and/or engineering design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other 2D/3D CAD applications.

Proficient in preparing reports using Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Willing to be based in KIIC, Karawang.
