Job summary

PT Rolimex Kimia Nusamas is seeking an engineer to assist in the management, design and maintenance of water treatment and related equipment from its Jakarta base. The role involves hands-on field service, site visits, and collaboration with clients to ensure equipment performance.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields and have knowledge of water treatment components, P&ID/BOQ creation, and 3D CAD tools.

Qualifications

• Education background with bachelor’s degree or higher in equipment, automation, engineering or related fields.
• Expert knowledge of water treatment equipment and components.
• Experience with MEI, P&ID and BOQ creation.
• Based in Jakarta and willing to travel across Indonesia.
• Familiar with industrial piping and pumping; TPM knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist National Manager in design, maintenance and management of water treatment and maintenance equipment.
• Maintain stability and performance of tools, equipment, and machinery to prevent delays.
• Visit client sites to provide support and record feedback on equipment functioning.

Job description

Assist National Manager in the management, design and maintenance of equipment related to water treatment chemicals and maintenance chemicals.

Responsible for maintaining the stability and performance of the company's (customer's) tools, equipment, and machinery to support the business' daily operations and prevent deliverable delays

Participate in the preparation, updating and maintenance of system documentation for the projects

Visit client sites to provide necessary help, interact with the clients about the equipment functioning and note down reviews.

Qualification

Education background from bachelors degree or above in equipment, automation, engineering or other related majors.

Expert knowledge about water treatment equipments and components.

Proven ability in MEI (Mechanical, Electrical and Instrument), P&ID and BOQ creation.

Based on Jakarta and willing to travell all over Indonesia

Understanding and familiar with industrial piping and pumping

Familiar with many industries including water treatment, oil and gas, powerplant, mining and manufacturing

Have a good TPM knowledge and implementation

Proficient in fault analysis and trouble shooting

Capable of build automation system from scratch

Familiar with design 3D software AutoCAD, Inventor, Solidworks, etc
