• MIN. 5 YEARS OF WORKING EXPERIENCE IN THE BUILDING MAINTENANCE (OFFICE TOWER/MALL/APARTMENT)
• EXPERIENCE HANDLING MAINTENANCE AND PREVENTIVE PROCESS FOR OPERATIONAL BUILDING
• PROFICIENCY IN SPECIFIC TECHNICAL SKILLS, SUCH AS CHILLER, AC, GENSET, ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION, SMOKE DETECTOR, ETC
• EXCELLENT PROBLEM SOLVING & ANALYTICAL SKILLS
• ABLE TO WORK INDIVIDUALLY AS WELL AS IN TEAM-ORIENTED ENVIRONMENT
