ASRI (a subsidiary of Agung Sedayu Group) is seeking a Building Maintenance Supervisor to lead engineering staff and ensure reliable operation of all building systems in Jakarta.

You will oversee preventive maintenance programs, manage budgets and parts inventories, and coordinate with external contractors while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential to support tenant satisfaction and efficient facilities management.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of civil, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Experience supervising a team of technicians or engineers.
• Familiar with preventive maintenance and Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities.

Ensure proper operation and maintenance of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and mechanical systems

Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve issues proactively

Handling civil-related issue and maintenance

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs

Respond to and manage emergency situations related to building systems

Monitor and control maintenance budgets, expenses, and inventory of spare parts

Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance and repairs

Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies

Prepare reports on maintenance activities, system performance, and incidents

Support building management in improving operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities management, preferably in office buildings or commercial properties

Strong knowledge of civil, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems

Experience in supervising a team of technicians or engineers

Good understanding of preventive maintenance systems and building management systems (BMS)

Familiar with safety standards and regulatory requirements

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Good communication and leadership abilities

Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations
