Bachelor's Degree in a relevant engineering field.

Proficient in written and verbal English communication.

Strong managerial skills, including effective planning, work supervision, and reporting.

Minimum of 10 years' working experience in a similar field and position.

Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, building utilities, and safety systems

Experience in engineering roles for Property Development or Property Consulting firms handling office buildings, hotel / mall, apartments / residences.

Competence in reading, creating, and understanding CAD drawings and related engineering documentation.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
