ASRI (a subsidiary of Agung Sedayu Group) is seeking a Housekeeping Staff member for K Mall, Central Jakarta. The role requires 1-3 years in mall, retail, or high-rise settings and a Bachelor’s degree. You will ensure housekeeping, sanitation, and pest control standards, supervise indoor/outdoor plants, and leverage Microsoft 365 in daily tasks.

AutoCAD experience is a plus, reading design drawings. Applicants should be prepared to be assigned to K Mall, Central Jakarta, and contribute to

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Staff member in a mall, retail environment, or high-rise building.
• Strong knowledge of Housekeeping, Sanitation, and Pest Control standards and procedures.
• Experienced in the maintenance and supervision of indoor and outdoor plants, including landscape design.
• Proficient in using Microsoft 365 applications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to read and interpret design drawings will be an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned to K Mall, Central Jakarta.
