Job summary

Mekari is Indonesia's leading SaaS company seeking an Engineering Project Coordinator to help drive documentation, track progress, and coordinate activities within Engineering Leadership.

You will maintain project records, schedule meetings, and communicate with stakeholders while providing administrative support to leadership.

Ideal candidates have a degree in IT/CS/Business and familiarity with Agile and common PM tools like Jira, Asana, or Coda.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methods.
• Experience using project management tools like Jira, Coda, or Asana.

Responsibilities

• Documentation Management: Maintaining project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other project-related records.
• Task Tracking and Reporting: Tracking task progress for engineering projects (i.e., DORA and SLO Monitoring) in each tribe and generating summaries for visibility.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating engineering project activities.
• Communication: Serving as a point of contact for project-related inquiries between stakeholders.
• Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to Engineering Leadership such as presentations and maintaining project files.
