Job summary

Ayana is seeking a seasoned engineering leader to oversee all hotel facilities and ensure high standards of safety and efficiency. As Acting Department Head in the Chief Engineering's absence, you will lead by example, drive continuous improvement, and foster a collaborative, integrity-driven environment.

You will manage daily operations, mentor a diverse team, and implement preventive maintenance programs across all facilities while supporting budgeting and cost control in a dynamic hospitality

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 or Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years in a similar leadership role in hospitality or large property.
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all operational areas and lead the engineering team.
• Support the Chief Engineering and act as Department Head in their absence.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and monitor safety, compliance, and efficiency.
