Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is representing a leading food manufacturing company seeking an Engineering Manager to join their Gorontalo team. You will lead the engineering function across production, utilities, and plant infrastructure, setting strategies for reliability and efficiency.

Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance programs, CAPEX projects, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and EHS to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Industrial) or related field.
• 8–10 years of engineering and maintenance experience with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience in food manufacturing or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Engineering function across production, utilities, and plant infrastructure.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with growth and reliability goals.
• Oversee maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and production continuity.
