Job summary

PREDMET CONSTRUCTION BALI is seeking an experienced Villa Engineer to ensure villa facilities, buildings and utilities are maintained in optimal condition and safe for guest use. The role requires hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination with operations to support daily villa activities.

Qualifications

• Experience as Engineering Staff, Maintenance Engineer, Technician, or similar in villa, hotel, or resort.
• Understanding of electrical systems, plumbing, AC, water pumps, generators, and basic mechanical maintenance.
• Troubleshooting capability and ability to handle technical repairs directly.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance and occupational health and safety standards.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on villa facilities, buildings, equipment, and utilities.
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems, plumbing, AC, water pumps, generators, and other mechanical equipment.
• Handle damage and maintenance requests quickly, effectively, and according to company standards.
• Ensure all villa facilities are in safe, usable condition and ready for guest use.
• Coordinate with Operational and Housekeeping teams to support daily villa operations.
• Record maintenance and repair work, including material usage, and prepare reports for supervisors.
• Ensure work is performed according to company SOP and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
• Maintain and control the use of tools, equipment, and Engineering inventory.
• Provide technical assistance to other resort units as needed.
• Perform other Engineering tasks as required by company operational needs.
