Job summary

Raffles Hotels & Resorts seeks an Engineering Administrator to support the Engineering Department, ensuring efficient operations, documentation control, and compliance with company standards.

You will manage records, work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, procurement, vendor liaison, and reporting, collaborating with contractors and internal teams to uphold safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Engineering team and maintain records.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities and track work orders.
• Maintain engineering drawings, manuals, SOPs, and technical documentation.
• Raise purchase requisitions and track procurement status for engineering materials.
• Coordinate contractor access, permits, and documentation; monitor contractor performance.
• Prepare weekly/monthly engineering reports and track KPIs and budget utilization.
