Job summary

Lyvin Bingin Villas is looking for a skilled and dependable Engineering Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of the property. This role is responsible for leading the engineering team, ensuring all facilities and equipment are well maintained, and supporting preventive maintenance and safety programs across the villa property.

Requirements

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Engineering team, including Pool Attendants and Gardener.
  
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, AC/HVAC, and pool systems.
  
• Prioritize and assign maintenance requests, ensuring timely completion and quality workmanship.
  
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
  
• Manage engineering stock, spare parts, and tools, including reordering and inventory control.
  
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations across the property.
