Qualifications

• A degree in Engineering or related discipline.

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Engineer to join our team in Nusa Lembongan, Bali. This is a full-time position based on-site, where you will play a vital role in Mechanical, Electricity, Plumbing (MEP), Maintenance Air Conditioner, SWRO. As part of our growing engineering team, you will contribute to properties that span multiple sectors, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects whilst developing your expertise in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance MEP in all areas
• Collaborate with all department to meet service quality
• Monitor project progress on-site, ensuring work quality for smooth operation and guest satisfaction

What we're looking for

• A degree in Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
• Professional engineering certification or licensure relevant to your country of qualification
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in engineering
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication skills; knowledge of Indonesian language is advantageous
• Willingness to work on-site
• Knowledge of sustainable engineering practices and environmental considerations
