About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Engineering to join PT Bali Mana One in a full-time capacity based in Bali. This is a strategic leadership position that will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our engineering operations and driving technical excellence across the organisation. As Chief Engineering, you will have overall responsibility for engineering strategy, operations, and the development of our technical capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth and innovation trajectory whilst leading a talented engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and implementing comprehensive engineering strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and long-term vision

• Advanced technical expertise in relevant engineering disciplines, with deep knowledge of industry standards and best practices
• Demonstrated success in driving innovation and implementing process improvements that deliver measurable results
• Strong project management capabilities with experience overseeing complex, multi-disciplinary projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate challenging technical and operational issues
• Experience in budget management and financial planning within engineering departments
• Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in engineering or related fields are preferred
