Verita Informatics in Jakarta Selatan is seeking an L1 Storage Engineer to monitor storage infrastructure and provide technical support. You will create regular performance reports, handle change requests for LUNs and volumes, and manage SAN switches with zoning and CRC checks.

You will also open cases with the vendor when issues arise. The role requires willingness to work 24x7 shifts and preferably holds NetApp and Brocade storage certifications.

• Willing to work 24x7 shifts.
• Certification in storage NetApp and Brocade (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Monitor storage infrastructure and provide ongoing support.
• Create regular reports on storage performance and incidents.
• Process change requests (LUN, VOLUME, Expand, delete Volume).
