Job summary

PT XPERT TEKNOLOGI INOVASI is seeking an Engineer Network & Infrastructure to implement, configure, test, and support IT infrastructure at customer sites, covering servers, storage, virtualization, networks, security, and wireless systems.

The role includes conducting site surveys, reviewing design documents, installing and testing equipment, and configuring OS and network services. Travel and after-hours work may be required to ensure project delivery and handover.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system engineering, network engineering, or project delivery.
• Knowledge of servers, storage, virtualization, backup, networking, wireless, and security technologies.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall, and network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and assess technical requirements.
• Review project scope, design documents, bills of materials, and implementation plans.
• Install, configure, and test servers, storage systems, network switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, and related infrastructure.
• Perform rack-and-stack activities, equipment installation, cabling, labeling, and connectivity verification.
• Configure operating systems, virtualization platforms, network services, and device management interfaces.
• Implement VLANs, IP addressing, routing, switching, link aggregation, access control, and basic network security policies.
• Support structured UTP and fiber-optic cabling implementation and testing.
• Perform system integration, migration, upgrade, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, user acceptance testing, and technical handover.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, performance, and configuration issues.

Engineer Network & Infrastructure is responsible for implementing, configuring, testing, and supporting IT infrastructure solutions at customer sites. The role covers server, PC, Storage systems, virtualization, network and security devices, wireless infrastructure, structured cabling, and related technologies.

Key responsibilities ;

• Conduct site surveys and assess technical requirements.
