Job summary

PT SYSTEX ASIA INDONESIA is seeking a Delivery Engineer - Infrastructure System & Network to implement, configure, test, and support IT infrastructure at client sites across servers, storage, virtualization, networking, and security. The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT/related field and 2–3 years of IT infrastructure experience, with willingness to travel within Indonesia.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer engineering, telecommunication engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system engineering, network engineering, or project delivery.
• Knowledge of servers, storage, virtualization, backup, networking, wireless, and security technologies.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall, and network troubleshooting.
• Ability to read technical drawings, network diagrams, and implementation documents.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and assess technical requirements.
• Review project scope, design documents, bills of materials, and implementation plans.
• Install, configure, and test servers, storage systems, network switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, and related infrastructure.
• Perform rack-and-stack activities, equipment installation, cabling, labeling, and connectivity verification.
• Configure operating systems, virtualization platforms, network services, and device management interfaces.
• Implement VLANs, IP addressing, routing, switching, link aggregation, access control, and basic network security policies.
• Support structured UTP and fiber-optic cabling implementation and testing.
• Perform system integration, migration, upgrade, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, user acceptance testing, and technical handover.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, performance, and configuration issues.

The Delivery Engineer - Infrastructure System & Network is responsible for implementing, configuring, testing, and supporting IT infrastructure solutions at customer sites. The role covers server and storage systems, virtualization, network and security devices, wireless infrastructure, structured cabling, and related technologies.

Key responsibilities

Conduct site surveys and assess technical requirements.

Review project scope, design documents, bills of materials, and implementation plans.

Install, configure, and test servers, storage systems, network switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, and related infrastructure.

Perform rack-and-stack activities, equipment installation, cabling, labeling, and connectivity verification.

About you
