Job summary

Schneider Electric Indonesia invites an experienced Electrical Engineer to design complex MV/LV equipment and manage drawings through to As Built. You’ll support tendering for technical solutions during offer and order execution and issue LV/MV drawings.

The role requires coordinating between DE and ME teams and optimizing designs for quality and cost. Candidate should have a Power Electrical degree and knowledge of relay protection, PLC/Automation, data communication, and Schneider tools such

Qualifications

• Degree in Power Electrical or closely related field.
• Experience in electrical equipment and relay protection; PLC/Automation field is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian; knowledge of data communication.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Schneider software tools; Sepam knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design complex MV or LV equipment and manage drawings through to As Built.
• Support tendering for technical solutions during offer and order execution.
• Issue drawings for LV & MV equipment; prepare stock requisitions.
• Coordinate between design and manufacturing (DE and ME).
• Optimize design for LV/MV equipment to improve quality and reduce cost/margin.
• Improve efficiency of the design process and follow up drawings and SRs.
• Adhere to SHE requirements and participate in SHE management.

Job description

Mission:

• To design Complex MV or LV equipment
• To manage and execute technical drawing until As Built Drawing
• To support PM for technical matter during offer and order execution
• To do customization/Digital Relay (Setting).
• To issue Stock Requisition
• To optimized selection of material.

What will you do?

• Technical Clarification
• Support Tendering for technical solution during offer and order execution
• To Issue drawing for LV & MV complex equipment
• To prepare stock requisition
• To coordinate between DE and ME
• To optimize design for LV/MV equipment in term of quality and reduce cost ( improve margin )
• To improve efficiency of design process
• To follow up drawing and SR
• To be aware of to hazards and environmental aspects, identify hazard in workplace and to ensure risk control being executed to minimize the hazard
• To execute the task accordance with of SHE requirements and work procedure, active participate in implementation of SHE management System and ensure the work process and its result comply with SHE requirements and follow up any SHE related matters

What qualifications will make you successful:

• Degree from Power Electrical
• Electrical equipment and relay protection field, PLC / Automation & Communication field 1 year experience
• Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Electrical equipment and product, Production know-how
• Language skill in English and Indonesia, PLC knowledge , Relay Protection and Sepam , Data Communication , Auto cad and Schneider software tools and Computer knowledge
