Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or Business.
• MBA, CFA, CAIA, FMVA or equivalent professional qualification desirable.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, private equity, investment banking, or energy investments.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and originate investment opportunities in energy and infrastructure.
• Lead financial modelling, valuations, and due diligence for investments and partnerships.
• Lead end-to-end transaction execution including acquisitions, divestments, and project finance.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify value creation initiatives.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders across investment lifecycle.
