Job summary

Holink is hiring an SEO Lead to fix core issues, build a strong SEO foundation, and drive sustainable organic growth. You will own SEO end-to-end, collaborating with developers to implement changes and shape the company's growth through search.

You will guide content strategy, monitor performance, and optimize for international audiences as Holink scales globally, delivering measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building SEO from scratch.
• Hands-on technical SEO expertise, not just theory.
• Experience fixing indexing and crawl issues.
• Ability to prioritise tasks by impact vs effort.
• Comfort in a fast-moving startup with limited structure.
• Experience implementing SEO with developers.
• Track record of measurable SEO impact (traffic/rankings/leads).
• Familiar with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, Search Console.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of SEO from foundation to growth.
• Identify and fix technical SEO issues (indexing, crawling, sitemap, structure, speed).
• Build SEO architecture across main domain and subdomains.
• Execute on-page SEO improvements (meta, internal links, structure).
• Collaborate with developers to implement changes.
• Plan and execute content strategy based on search intent.
• Monitor traffic, rankings, indexing, and optimize continuously.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify quick wins.
• Build scalable backlink strategies (sustainable).
• Handle international SEO (multi-language / multi-region) as we scale globally.
