Job summary

JAPFA Indonesia in Batam is seeking a talented HR Operations Supervisor to oversee end-to-end HR operations and ensure accurate processing of transactions and reconciliations.

You will coordinate with Payroll, C&B, ER/IR, and IT, uphold HR policies and labor regulations, resolve escalations, and drive service quality across the HR function in a fast-moving agribusiness environment. You will contribute to process improvements and ensure data integrity across all HR systems.

• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor regulations, and controls.
