Job summary

You will monitor performance metrics, manage key accounts, collaborate with product and support teams, and report to senior management. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in sales leadership, strong CRM skills, and a proven track record of growing revenue in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or business related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
• At least 10 years of experience in sales management in the EMS manufacturing industry with at least 5 years in leadership roles with a track record of success in sales achievement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies, goals, and action plans to achieve targets and objectives set by management.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, serving as an escalation point for complex issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to inform strategy.
• Prepare and present reports on sales performance and forecasts to senior management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or GM.
