PT Contemporary Amperex Technology Indonesia Battery (CATL Indonesia) seeks an experienced HR/IR professional to ensure labor law compliance and handle grievances across the factory. The role coordinates with the Manpower Office, conducts investigations, and manages disciplinary actions in accordance with regulations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field, 5+ years in HR/IR, and strong negotiation skills, with fluency in English (Mandarin a plus).

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
• 5+ years in HR, Employee Relations, or Industrial Relations.
• Experience in bipartite/tripartite negotiations, disciplinary warnings (SP), and termination processes and calculations.
• Experience in manufacturing industry or large-scale operations preferred.
• Proficient with Company Regulations (PP) and Disnaker reporting documents.

Responsabilidades

• Labor Law Compliance: ensure policies, contracts, SOPs, and practices comply with national labor laws.
• Grievance Handling: mediate worker disputes and conduct investigations.
• Government Liaison: coordinate with regional institutions (Disnaker) and handle external reporting.
• Crisis Management: develop strategies to prevent or resolve industrial actions.
• Disciplinary Management: handle disciplinary issues and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Employee Engagement: support engagement and retention programs.
• Termination & Exit Management: manage termination processes and exit documentation.
