Job summary

You will ensure governance, prepare assessments, and adjust procedures for different product mechanisms, while handling customer complaints and ensuring data quality in reward points transactions. This role demands accuracy, compliance with SOPs, and strong office software proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, or fresh graduates with relevant competencies and technical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of Risk Management.
• Responsible for Compliance and following SOPs to minimize errors.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality in reward points processing.
