Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, or fresh graduates with relevant competencies and technical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of Risk Management.
• Responsible for Compliance and following SOPs to minimize errors.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality in reward points processing.

Responsibilities

• Perform reward points operations, including transaction posting, reconciliation, reporting, and documentation, while ensuring accuracy and process efficiency.
• Ensure operational governance for reward points is properly maintained, including complete documentation and approvals in accordance with applicable procedures.
• Prepare draft assessments of reward points operational processes and make adjustments when products or marketing programs have different mechanisms.
• Follow up on customer complaints related to reward points operations.
• Input reward points-related transactions into the system and/or manually, in accordance with the assigned system access and applicable procedures.
• Prepare draft memos and technical guidelines related to reward points management and operations.
