Job summary

PT Netcom Scinergy Newsantara is seeking an experienced Lead Engineer to direct electronic and embedded system development in a dynamic team in Bekasi, Indonesia. You will oversee architecture, hardware-software integration, and end-to-end project delivery, ensuring compliance with specs and schedules.

You will lead the engineering team, drive technical decisions, manage risks, and coordinate with QA and cross-functional groups to deliver robust systems and reliable products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years experience as Lead Engineer / Supervisor / Section Head.
• Strong technical leadership and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
• Proven problem solving, risk and project management skills.
• Experience with embedded architecture, hardware-software integration and documentation.

• Lead Electronic & Embedded System Engineer team and project activities.

Job description

Responsible for leading, managing, and controlling all activities in electronic system and embedded system development, including hardware, firmware, and system integration. This position ensures that embedded system design, development, testing, and implementation are carried out in accordance with technical specifications, quality standards, project schedules, and business and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

Lead and manage the Electronic & Embedded System Engineer team

Develop embedded system architecture (hardware, firmware, and interface)

Oversee schematic design, PCB layout, and electronic component selection

Ensure optimal hardware-firmware-software integration

Control prototyping, debugging, and system validation processes

Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety, and regulations

Prepare and review technical documentation (design documents, test reports, BOM)

Coordinate with QA team for testing and product quality improvement

Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies

About you

Minimum S1 degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field

Minimum 2-3 years experience as Lead Engineer / Supervisor / Section Head

Technical leadership capability
