Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Min 3 years as Electrical Supervisor in chemical manufacturing (resin/adhesive).
• Strong understanding of panels, motors, inverters, controls, and automation.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and perform troubleshooting/maintenance.
• K3 Electrical certification or safety certification is a plus.

Electrical Supervisor (Chemical Manufacturing)

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor in a chemical manufacturing environment, specifically in the resin and adhesive industry.

Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems including electrical panels, motors, inverters, control systems, and automation equipment used in production processes.

Able to read and interpret electrical drawings, use electrical measuring instruments, and perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.

Experience working with electrical systems in chemical manufacturing processes, especially resin and adhesive production.

K3 Electrical certification or other relevant electrical safety certification will be an advantage.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.

Willing to work on a shift basis and in a chemical manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the electrical maintenance team to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all electrical systems.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and breakdown activities.

Troubleshoot electrical problems and ensure timely and effective corrective actions to minimize equipment downtime.

Oversee the maintenance of electrical panels, motors, inverters, control systems, and automation equipment.

Review electrical drawings and ensure proper implementation of electrical systems and installations.

Lead, develop, and evaluate team performance to ensure safety, competency, and accountability.

Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures, K3 requirements, and company standards.

Prepare maintenance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
