Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- Min 3 years as Electrical Supervisor in chemical manufacturing (resin/adhesive).
- Strong understanding of panels, motors, inverters, controls, and automation.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and perform troubleshooting/maintenance.
- K3 Electrical certification or safety certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical maintenance team for safe, reliable operation.
- Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and minimize downtime.
- Oversee panels, motors, inverters, controls, and automation equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
- Prepare maintenance reports and improvement recommendations.
