Job summary

ABB in Jakarta seeks a results-oriented Service Sales professional to drive the sales of ABB’s service portfolio for LV/MV switchgear. You will develop opportunities, build long-term customer relationships, and collaborate with the Local Division Manager to ensure profitable service sales.

You should have 3–5 years of service sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for diverse customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering is preferable.
• 3–5 years of service sales experience in LV & MV switchgear.
• Strong understanding of LV and MV switchgear products and systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Penetrating into IB, promoting upgrades, retrofits, and value-add solutions to customers and ABB.
• Understanding the channel strategy and the establishment of related prices, and preparing sales plans, reviewing them, and proposing recovery plans when needed.
• Generating service sales leads and developing new market opportunities by using market trend information and exploring potential new service portfolios.
• Acting as a marketer/salesperson of ABB’s service products and solutions during marketing activities (campaigns, trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings).
