Job summary

goldenagri is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for our Jakarta refinery. The role requires hands-on maintenance of LV/MV panels, transformers, motors, gensets, VSDs, and soft starters, with at least 3 years experience in electrical maintenance.

You will install and modify electrical systems, ensure safety and quality standards, and manage daily reporting. Willingness to be placed at Marunda is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (high voltage) required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance.
• Hands-on experience in LV/MV panels, transformers, motors, gensets, VSDs, and soft starters.
• Understand equipment details and ability to select equipment based on criteria.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta - Refinery (Marunda).

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for installation/modification of electrical installations and machines.
• Implement electrical installation based on assigned task.
• Check PRP, Deep Cleaning, and related procedures.
• Supervise daily electricity usage (PLN, Genset, Solar) and trace usage.
• Respond to emergencies after working hours.
• Enforce health and safety regulations.
• Perform tasks per WI.
• Maintain quality management systems (ISO 9001:2000, ISO 22000:2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP).
• Maintain all work equipment and cleanliness of the work environment.
• Review, evaluate and submit reports from foreman to section head.
• Recommend improvements related to foreman reports.

Job Description

• Preparing materials needed for installation / modification of electrical installations and electrical machines
• Implement electrical installation based on the assigned task
• Checking the implementation of PRP, Deep Cleaning and etc.
• Supervise the actual daily usage of electricity (PLN & Genset / Solar) so that it can be traced to ensure the amount of usage is correct
• Meet calls outside working hours when there is emergency damage
• Implement work discipline and implementation of health and safety regulations
• Perform tasks in accordance with WI
• Implementing quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP)
• Responsible in maintaining all work equipment and cleanliness of the environment in the work location
• Review, evaluate and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports from foreman to section head
• Recommend improvements (if any) related to reports from foreman

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (high voltage)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance.
• Hands-on experience in maintaining LV/MV panels, transformers, motors, generators, VSDs, and soft starters.
• Have a good understanding on the equipment details, both static and rotating, and able to do the equipment selection based on the criteria, condition and other considerations
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta -Refinery (Marunda)
