Job summary

goldenagri in Bekasi, Indonesia seeks an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to oversee daily condition checks, preventive maintenance, and modification tasks for production and electrical systems. The role emphasizes safety compliance, accurate reporting, and collaboration with foremen.

You will simulate electrical functions, maintain tools and equipment, document daily activities, and respond to emergencies. Training on plant safety and quality systems is provided.

Responsibilities

• Check the condition of production, electrical and other supporting machines daily according to the specified schedule and report abnormalities for repair.
• Perform preventive maintenance and condition monitoring according to established procedures.
• Perform change/modification tasks and installation of power tools, fabrication of control panels and related work when needed.
• Check function and simulate the working process of electric machines/appliances and verify control circuits, alarms and interlocks to ensure safety and proper operation.
• Take initiative to keep the workplace clean and safe for improved safety and conditions.
• Create a daily report on completed work and document it in the machine quality records.
• Maintain and preserve all work equipment and keep the workspace clean.
• Record actual electricity usage (PLN & Genset/Solar) daily to ensure correct consumption.
• Maintain and adhere to company rules and obligations with awareness of rights and responsibilities.
• Maintain work discipline and safety regulation with full awareness.
• Carry out other duties as instructed by supervisors.
• Respond to calls for troubleshooting or emergencies at any time.
• Coordinate and report to the electrical foreman and officers for any irregularity or damage needing immediate treatment.
• Install, alter, repair and add installations, control panels and other electrical appliances as agreed with user and supervisor.
• Conduct functional testing and simulation of electrical and instrument equipment, controls, alarms and interlocks to ensure accuracy and safety in production.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness to improve work and hygiene in a high-standard facility.
• Attend training related to engineering and safety of the entire plant and participate in improvement programs.
• Record all activities and daily progress and provide information to the electrical foreman via Daily Activities Report.
• Be ready to respond to emergency calls after hours or holidays if required and report to the employer.
• Assist mechanical work if requested and time permits.
• Support implementation of quality management systems (ISO 9001:2000, ISO 22000:2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP).
• Maintain all equipment and keep the environment clean at the work location.

Job description

General Responsibilities :

9. 9. Responsible in maintaining and keeping the rules of the company and its obligations can be run with full awareness in line with the rights received by subordinates.
10. 10. Maintain and keep the discipline of work and safety regulation run with full awareness.
11. 11. Carry out other duties in respect of his work as instructed by his superiors.
12. 12. Response to calls to trouble shooting or emergency calls at any time.
13. 13. Coordinate and report to the electrical foreman and officer for any irregularity or damage to equipment requiring immediate treatment.
14. 14. Installation, alteration and repair and addition of installations, control panels and other electrical appliances as agreed with the user and his / her superior.
15. 15. Conduct functional testing and simulation of electrical and instrument equipment, controls, alarms and system interlocks to ensure the accuracy and safety of operators and equipment of equipment in the production process.
16. 16. Maintain cleanliness, neatness, beauty to improve work and hygiene maintenance business in a high standard.
17. 17. Attend training related to the engineering and safety of the entire plant instructed to it and participated in the improvement and development program in its part.

19. 19. Always willing to respond to emergency calls from the factory after hours or even holidays if required and reporting to the employer.
