Job summary

Golden Agri Resources, based in Jakarta, seeks an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to lead the installation and upkeep of electrical systems at the Marunda refinery. The role covers installation support, equipment checks, and supervising energy usage including PLN, genset and solar systems.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (high voltage) with at least 3 years’ experience in LV/MV systems and equipment like transformers, motors, and VSDs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (high voltage) required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance.
• Hands-on experience maintaining LV/MV panels, transformers, motors, generators, VSDs, and soft starters.
• Understand equipment details (static and rotating) and select equipment by criteria.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta -Refinery (Marunda).

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for installation / modification of electrical installations and electrical machines.
• Implement electrical installation based on assigned task.
• Check PRP, Deep Cleaning and etc.
• Supervise daily electricity usage (PLN & Genset / Solar).
• Attend calls outside working hours for emergency damage.
• Enforce health and safety regulations.
• Review, evaluate and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports from foreman to section head.
• Recommend improvements related to reports from foreman.

Preparing materials needed for installation / modification of electrical installations and electrical machines Implement electrical installation based on the assigned task Checking the implementation of PRP, Deep Cleaning and etc. Supervise the actual daily usage of electricity (PLN & Genset / Solar) so that it can be traced to ensure the amount of usage is correct Meet calls outside working hours when there is emergency damage Implement work discipline and implementation of health and safety regulations Perform tasks in accordance with WI Implementing quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP) Responsible in maintaining all work equipment and cleanliness of the environment in the work location Review, evaluate and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports from foreman to section head Recommend improvements (if any) related to reports from foreman

Job Requirements
