Job summary

goldenagri is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Lead to coordinate and supervise electrical maintenance activities in our production environment. You will ensure preventive maintenance is on schedule, manage projects within the electrical scope, and uphold safety and quality standards.

You will also drive improvements and lead a team of skilled electrical personnel. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong troubleshooting skills,

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or any related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in palm oil manufacturing or related production environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and maintenance planning.
• Familiar with SAP and maintenance management systems.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards, quality management system and relevant certifications is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of electrical maintenance in accordance to the target time and results.
• Monitor and ensure the running of preventive maintenance and maintenance of existing electrical equipment is on schedule.
• Maintain all work equipment and environment hygiene.
• Coordinate the implementation of projects related to the scope of work.
• Verify the implementation of PRP and Deep Cleaning is running effectively, and ensure corrective action is carried out when deviations occur.
• Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies.
• Ensure the smoothness and accuracy of the SAP.
• Implementing quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, etc.)
• Conduct improvements by modifying electrical equipment/machinery.
• Lead, develop and ensure the disciple of employees in the electrical section.
• Review, evaluate and submit monthly report.
• Recommend improvements (if any) related to reports from officers / foreman.
