Job summary

Sinar Mas Land seeks a qualified Building Maintenance & Improvement Specialist to support planning, maintenance, and supervision of ITC facilities in Central Jakarta. You will focus on electrical and electronic systems and contribute to project implementation from design to execution.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years' experience in building operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance/property management.
• Experience with multi-story building operations.
• Knowledge of electrical, electronic, and MEP building systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, maintenance, improvement and supervision of ITC facilities and infrastructure, especially electrical/electronic fields.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly work plans and submit maintenance budgets.
• Handle external and internal customer complaints regarding building electrical and electronic facilities.

Job description

• Assist the Building Maintenance & Improvement Section Head in planning, maintenance, Improvement and supervision of the condition of ITC facilities and infrastructure, especially in the electrical and electronic fields.
• Includes design, specifications, costs, and supervision of the implementation of work in the field.
• Responsible for electrical and electronic reports.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly work plans and submit maintenance budgets.
• Handling external and Internal customer complaints regarding the building's electrical and electronic facilities.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance/property management.
• Experienced in multi-story building operations.
• Knowledge of electrical, electronic, and MEP building systems.
• Experienced in maintenance planning, budgeting, cost estimation, and project supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD is a plus.
• Willing to be placed in ITC Mangga Dua Central Jakarta.
