Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Jakarta invites fresh graduates to join our trainee program designed to develop future leaders in power system studies and related fields. You will participate in a structured introduction, gain broad experience, work on projects, and receive mentorship from experienced engineers.

We seek Bachelor graduates with GPA 3.5+, strong leadership, teamwork, and a passion to learn. 0–2 years experience is acceptable.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree graduates from reputable university with GPA (IPK) 3.5 above and major in Electrical Engineering (preferred in Power System Studies).
Fresh graduates or maximum 2 years of working experience.
Display proven leadership, actively involved in organization or internship experience is a plus point.

Responsibilities

Participates in a specifically designed general or functionally defined introduction program.
Actively gathers broad range of initial working experience to prepare for a professional or management career with Siemens.
Completes tasks assigned in the respective stages of the program.
Works in projects assigned, contributes to the solution's development and proposes new ideas based on own academic background.
Keeps in touch with the person coordinating the trainee program and with the superior (mentor).
Asks for feedback and considers received feedback in own development.
