Job summary

PT SMART Tbk invites fresh graduates to join the Basic Management Development Program - Electrical, designed to equip you with essential skills, SOPs, and the corporate culture necessary to become a successful Electrical Assistant.

You will learn to create preventive maintenance schedules, monitor machine health, and report engine damage, with a 6‑month training period and a two‑year bond. Placements may be at SMART plantations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) / Diploma 4 majoring in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering
• Fresh graduates and those with a year of working experience
• Preferably those participated in college organisations such as BEM, DMPU etc.
• Willing to attend training for 6 months and a bond period of two years
• Show integrity, strong analytical, and leadership skills
• Strong team player
• Willing to be placed in any of our plantations

Responsibilities

• Create a preventive maintenance schedule based on machine specifications and check the machines periodically to ensure the repair and maintenance of the machine is done well
• Report processing and engine damage
