Job summary
PT Citra Sanxing Indonesia is seeking top engineering graduates for its Graduate Engineer Trainee program. You will rotate across R&D, Quality Control, Production, and After Sales to learn design, testing, and QC for medium voltage cubicles, KWH meters, and other power distribution components.
You will assist in reading diagrams, preparing technical reports, and participating in improvement projects with senior engineers and our principal company in China.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; GPA 3.25 or higher.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in electrical/manufacturing fields preferred.
- Proficient in English for technical communication.
Responsibilities
- Complete a structured 12-month rotation across R&D, Quality Control, Production, and After Sales.
- Learn design, testing, and QC processes for MV/LV cubicles, KWH meters, and power distribution components.
- Support engineering processes including reading line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Participate in product improvement projects with senior engineers and the Chinese principal.
