Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Jakarta invites fresh graduates to join our trainee program designed to develop future leaders in power system studies and related fields. You will participate in a structured introduction, gain broad experience, work on projects, and receive mentorship from experienced engineers.

We seek Bachelor graduates with GPA 3.5+, strong leadership, teamwork, and a passion to learn. 0–2 years experience is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree graduates from reputable university with GPA (IPK) 3.5 above and major in Electrical Engineering (preferred in Power System Studies).
• Fresh graduates or maximum 2 years of working experience.
• Display proven leadership, actively involved in organization or internship experience is a plus point.

Responsibilities

• Participates in a specifically designed general or functionally defined introduction program.
• Actively gathers broad range of initial working experience to prepare for a professional or management career with Siemens.
• Completes tasks assigned in the respective stages of the program.
• Works in projects assigned, contributes to the solution's development and proposes new ideas based on own academic background.
• Keeps in touch with the person coordinating the trainee program and with the superior (mentor).
• Asks for feedback and considers received feedback in own development.
