Job summary

Vertiv invites recent graduates to join a 12-month Customer Engineer Training program in Jakarta, Indonesia. This structured journey offers on-the-job training, hands-on experience, and mentorship from Vertiv leaders to develop technical and professional skills.

Participants will receive product and service training across Power, Thermal, and Monitoring systems, plus project-based learning aligned with real business needs.

Qualifications

Recent graduate or entry-level candidate with at least tertiary education in fields like Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and/or Mechatronic Engineering.
Keen interest in a career in the technology domain with basic understanding of hardware, software and network systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment.
Maximum 1 year work experience and able to commence in November 2026.

Responsibilities

On-the-job training within functional teams and mentorship from experienced professionals.
Technical and product training across Vertiv’s portfolio.
