Job summary

PT Citra Sanxing Indonesia is seeking top engineering graduates for its Graduate Engineer Trainee program. You will rotate across R&D, Quality Control, Production, and After Sales to learn design, testing, and QC for medium voltage cubicles, KWH meters, and other power distribution components.

You will assist in reading diagrams, preparing technical reports, and participating in improvement projects with senior engineers and our principal company in China.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; GPA 3.25 or higher.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in electrical/manufacturing fields preferred.
• Proficient in English for technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Complete a structured 12-month rotation across R&D, Quality Control, Production, and After Sales.
• Learn design, testing, and QC processes for MV/LV cubicles, KWH meters, and power distribution components.
• Support engineering processes including reading line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Participate in product improvement projects with senior engineers and the Chinese principal.

Job description

PT Citra Sanxing Indonesia is a manufacturer of medium and low voltage electrical equipment, including distribution panels (cubicles), KWH meters, and other power distribution components. We are looking for top engineering graduates to join our Graduate Engineer Trainee program — a structured career development track leading to a professional engineer role in an international manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

Complete a structured 12-month rotation across R&D, Quality Control, Production, and After Sales departments

Learn the design, functional testing, and QC processes for medium voltage cubicles, KWH meters, and power distribution components

Support engineering processes including reading and interpreting line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation

Participate in product improvement projects alongside senior engineers and technical teams from our principal company, Ningbo Sanxing Electric (China)

Assist in preparing technical reports and product documentation in accordance with SNI / IEC standards

About you

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering from ITB, UI, or ITS (preferred); minimum GPA 3.25

Solid understanding of electrical power systems fundamentals: protection, distribution, and line diagrams

Familiar with key components and terminology: cubicle (MV/LV panels), KWH meter, MCB, ACB, busbar, CT/PT

Proficient in English (for technical communication with the Chinese principal)

Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of work/internship experience in electrical or manufacturing fields

Nice to have: Active in electrical engineering student org, Thesis in power systems, Internship in electrical manufacturing, AutoCAD / EPLAN proficiency, BNSP electrical certification
