Job summary

PT Simenteknindo seeks a results-oriented Project Engineer/Manager to assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities from planning to completion. You will coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and monitor schedules, budget, and deliverables.

The role requires 2–3 years in project management or automation, a strong English command, PLC/HMI programming knowledge, and experience with VSD commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (S1).
• 2-3 years of experience in Project Management, Project Engineering, Automation, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related fields.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Good understanding of PLC & HMI programming.
• Experienced in VSD commissioning.
• Able to create and understand electrical wiring diagrams and implement them into control panels.
• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage project documentation, schedules, progress reports, budgets, and risks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, progress, budget, and deliverables according to project targets.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and other administrative documents.
• Identify potential project risks, delays, and issues, and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
• Prepare regular project progress reports for management and stakeholders.
• Conduct and coordinate project meetings and monitor follow-up actions.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Support programming, commissioning, installation, and configuration activities according to project specifications.
• Ensure project implementation and deliverables comply with technical specifications, quality standards, and agreed timelines.
