Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Jakarta is seeking an EHS Officer to implement and sustain Environmental, Health and Safety programs across field service, projects and offices in Indonesia. You will ensure regulatory compliance and partner with local leaders to drive training, incident prevention and audits.

The role requires AK3U certification, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and 5–7 years of EHS experience, with a focus on safety controls, contractor management and MESH alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in a related discipline.
• Possesses Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certificate.
• 5–7 years of experience in EHS, field service, project, electrical systems or contractor safety management.
• Knowledge of EHS management systems and local regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implement and sustain EHS programs for field service, project, service and office activities.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, Eaton MESH and Field Service EHS requirements.
• Coordinate with Regional EHS Manager and local leaders to drive EHS execution, training, incident prevention and audits.
• Manage EHS training, permits and contractor safety requirements.
• Support QMS goals and promote continuous improvement.
