Job summary

Eaton Group is hiring an EHS Officer in Jakarta, Indonesia to implement and sustain Environmental, Health and Safety programs across field service, projects and offices. The role ensures compliance with local regulations, Eaton MESH standards, and contractor safety expectations.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in EHS, holds AK3U, and can coordinate training, audits and incident investigations while working with regional and local leaders to improve safety performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety/engineering or related field.
• AK3U certificate required.
• 5–7 years in EHS/field service/contractor safety management.
• Familiar with EHS management systems (MESH or equivalent).
• Knowledge of local EHS regulatory requirements for field service activities.
• Experience with contractor qualification platforms (ISNetworld/Avetta).
• Ability to work in a matrixed organization with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Implement and sustain EHS programs for field service, project, service and office activities.
• Ensure compliance with country regulatory requirements, MESH and Field Service EHS requirements.
• Coordinate EHS execution, training, incident prevention, audits, permits and reporting.
• Support Regional EHS Manager and country leadership in compliance programs.
• Manage EHS training and documentation to ensure closure of actions.
