Job summary

AveRose Bimbel in Surabaya is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to manage leads from inquiry to payment. You will engage via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other AveRose channels, assess student needs, and present suitable tutoring programs.

The role emphasizes negotiation, closing, and revenue targets, with fresh graduates welcome if you demonstrate strong communication, follow-up, and a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Telesales, Customer Sales or Education/Admissions consultancy is a plus.
• Fresh graduates welcomed if you have good communication and sales abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience communicating via WhatsApp.

Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to leads through WhatsApp, Instagram, Meta Ads, website, and other AveRose marketing channels.
• Identify the needs of prospective students/parents based on targets, education level, subjects, schedule, and program requirements.
• Conduct sales consultations and provide recommendations for AveRose programs that best suit customer needs.
• Explain product knowledge, learning systems, facilities, pricing, promotions, payment methods, and program policies clearly and persuasively.
• Perform active and structured follow-up with leads that have not yet registered.
• Conduct negotiation processes and handle customer objections regarding price, schedule, mentor, learning methods, and other considerations.
• Drive customers to closing stage and payment.
• Take responsibility for achieving monthly closing targets and revenue set by the company.
• Develop follow-up strategies to increase conversion rate from leads to customers.
• Perform upselling or offer advanced programs to customers according to their needs.
