Job summary

PT INTI POWER ABADI seeks a seasoned Project Lead to direct and oversee all project management activities from initiation through handover in Jakarta. You will manage planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure scope, schedule, budget, quality, and OHS compliance, coordinating engineering, procurement, and construction teams across departments.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee project management activities from planning to handover.
Ensure projects comply with scope, schedule, budget, quality, OHS and contractual terms.
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and targets.
Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays and costs.
Control costs, resource use, and project profitability.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Procurement, Commercial, Finance, HSE, QA/QC, and Site Operations.
Identify and manage risks while ensuring safety and quality compliance.
Monitor vendor/subcontractor performance and material availability.
Maintain communication with clients, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders.
Prepare progress/performance reports and manage project documentation and handover.
