PSPK seeks a Project Management Officer who will oversee projects from inception to completion, coordinate budgets and resources, and ensure adherence to donor requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in management, PM or communications.
• At least 1 year of experience in project management.
• Proven project management skills related to research initiatives.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, independent, and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Manage project end to end.
• Coordinate and manage projects database.
• Perform as budget controller for the project and assist the Project Leader with budgeting, track project costs, and allocate personnel to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure each project implements administrative, financial, logistical procedures, HR administrative in accordance with SOP and donor requirements, including conduct regular review and validation on project financial reports.
• Responsible for the administration and logistic of project initiation and closure.
• Support financial and project management audit.
• Proactively identify and address operational challenges, escalating issues and suggesting timely solutions.
• Promote adherence to donor regulations, project guidelines, company standards, and operational procedures to ensure quality and consistency.
• Coordinate meetings, manage team schedules, and facilitate communication between different divisions and project teams.
• Maintain project documentation, prepare status reports, and maintain accurate records of operational activities.
