ONE derland Enterprise in Surabaya seeks an motivated Education Consultant to guide students and families in choosing study options and handling visa processes. You will collaborate with schools, counselors, and agencies to offer personalized educational plans and admissions support.

Fresh graduates are welcome; strong English and Indonesian skills, plus a willingness to travel for marketing and partnership activities, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 1 year of related experience (fresh graduates welcome).
• English language proficiency with IELTS ≥ 6.0; Bahasa Indonesia required; Mandarin a plus.

Starting as an Education Agent and professional English School, we have expanded into Immigration Consultancy, energy business, resort development, and recruitment agency. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and personalized educational plans to students and parents - including their visas
• Assist in college and university admissions, scholarship applications, and career counseling - including their visas
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in education and learning methodologies
• Collaborate with educators and institutions to implement innovative academic programs
• Make contact with international or local or any third party companies related to Australia study visa application
• Answer online and offline client requests
• Doing marketing by visiting third parties which are related to the industry
• Enhancing social media promotion and marketing strategy

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree, with min. 1 year of experience in the related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Required language(s): English (with a minimum IELTS score of 6.0), Bahasa Indonesia (70 : 30). Mandarin is a plus point for the candidate and can be prioritized
• Familiar with customer-centric approach with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and building positive customer relationships
• A solid understanding of marketing principles, strategies, tactics, digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and digital advertising strategies
• Experience in international marketing or working with diverse teams is a plus
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Keen to learn attitude and able to work unsupervised
• A fast learner with good attention to details, good at teamwork, and research-oriented
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya

• How long is the contract? 2 years with additional 3 months of probation
• Is the salary fixed? No. The figure you saw is a basic salary. After 3 months of probation, if you are a successful candidate, you will then be able to start claiming commission based on your commission structure. You also are eligible for a pay raise for the next year
• Is training provided? Yes. We will train you on the job for approximately 3 months thus you have to give your commitment to the training

• What is the job prospect? After 1 year there will be an evaluation of performance, where you are eligible for a salary to raise up once you meet the company's performance matrix. Options of a move up the organizational ladder are also open for you
• What are the working hours? Our office hours are from 8 a.m to 5 p.m on Mon to Fri with 1 hour of lunch break.
